The Grid Management (TGM), a new full-service creative talent agency, has launched in Lagos to nurture and improve talents in Nigeria’s creative industry to global standard.

The Chief Operating Officer and Head of The Grid Management, Winnie Okpapi, said that there is no denying that Nigerian creative industry attracts global attention, accolade and investment.

According to her, there is definitely no shortage of talent in Nigeria, whether raw, intermediate and refined as there is someone displaying some creativity of some sort.

She said that whenever something happens, Nigerians are quick to create content and memes around the said thing.

Okpapi said that the music industry churns hit after hit, while Nollywood is on the rise with foreign players and streaming giants vying for a piece of the action.

She said TGM creates boundless opportunities for talents and brands across the creative space, while guiding careers with a special hands-on approach and helping clients achieve their dreams, both short and long term.

Okpapi said with an impressive array of talents under their wings, the Grid management is poised to deliver real value, above and beyond what is currently obtainable in the industry.

She said that the agency plans to deliver real value to talents and the industry by extension, with added services like asset and product management, retirement solutions, personal branding and styling among others.

“It has even been said in certain quarters, that consuming creative content is therapeutic and distracts one from all the negatives going on. The question now is, if creative talents are so invested in taking care of the entertainment and indeed, mental health of the nation, who takes care of these talents?

“We aim to be Africa’s leading nexus for creative talents and opportunities, helping talents achieve success, one opportunity at a time. There is a service here for every creative,” Okpapi said.
