In recognition of his exceptional contribution to business innovation and community-focused leadership, Managing Director of Laterra Holdings, Benedict Obiajulu, has been awarded the Trailblazer Award for Impact and Dedication at the 2025 edition of the Business Growth Conference.
The conference, hosted by the Stephen Akintayo Foundation, brought together entrepreneurs, executives, and industry leaders under the theme “Principles of Scaling Your Business to 10 Figures.” Obiajulu was honored for his creativity in business and his commitment to the growth of the Stephen Akintayo Mentorship Community.

Among its standout projects is the Kid 2 Landlord Challenge, a unique competition designed to educate and empower children between the ages of 7 and 17 on land ownership and financial literacy. Now in its second edition, the challenge is currently ongoing and has begun attracting interest from young participants across the country.
Laterra also leads industry conversations through the Wealth Flow Conference, a strategic event that equips aspiring and experienced investors with actionable strategies for wealth creation through land banking, buy-and-build opportunities, and sustainable land investment.
In addition, the company runs the Overflow Investors Training every Friday, a weekly session that provides Laterra investors and team members with actionable knowledge on real estate trends, market intelligence, and wealth creation strategies.
