The high-profile conference, scheduled for May 20–21, 2026, will convene under the theme, “Reforms, Resilience and Results,” bringing together top government officials, governance experts, reform advocates, development partners, and policy leaders from across the world.

A major highlight of the summit will be the official opening by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, underscoring the Federal Government’s renewed push for a modern, innovative, and performance-driven Civil Service.
The conference is expected to attract delegates from countries including the United States of America, United Kingdom, Singapore, Switzerland, Ghana, The Gambia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Algeria, Sudan and Indonesia, further cementing the event’s growing international relevance.

Organisers said this year’s edition will feature high-level plenary sessions, technical roundtables, fireside conversations, and interactive engagements focused on institutional reforms, digital transformation, leadership, innovation, workforce development, accountability, and improved service delivery.

The conference will also host exhibition booths showcasing cutting-edge governance solutions, digital initiatives, and institutional best practices from participating agencies, organisations, and development partners.

Speaking ahead of the event, Didi Esther Walson-Jack described the conference as a strategic platform for advancing reforms and building a resilient, accountable and citizen-focused Public Service.

She said the gathering would spotlight transformative policies and practical governance strategies that are already delivering measurable results across public institutions.

Also speaking, Eno Olotu reaffirmed the commitment of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation to delivering a world-class event capable of deepening international partnerships and shaping the future of public administration.
