Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Ajah Council of Regions, Lagos state , has held a grand musical concert with the theme ” Sing Praises unto God” aimed at promoting worship, spiritual revival, and emotional healing through the power of music.

The event held at the auditorium of MFM Lagos Region 28, Ado Road, opposite GTCO, Ajah, Lagos attracted worshippers, gospel artistes, youths, and music lovers from different parts of Lagos State and beyond featured praise worship sessions, choir ministrations, Prohetic sessions and inspirational messages which centred on the need to praise and worship God Almighty at all time , in all places and in every situation or circumstances. It also emphasised the importance of music which draws individuals to God, its Importance in human lives and spiritual growth.

The programme which celebrates God’s Faithfulness also sort God’s divine intervention in personal, national and global challenges .

The event, which attracted hundreds of attendees from different parts of Lagos and beyond, featured soul-lifting worship sessions, energetic praise performances, and moments of intense prayers aimed at seeking divine intervention for individuals and the nation.The atmosphere was electrifying as worshippers, gospel music lovers, and believers gathered to worship God.

In his opening remarks, the Mega Regional Overseer in charge of MFM Ajah Mega Axis, Pastor Irabor Enojiasun said the musical concert was organised to create an atmosphere of spiritual encounter with God in worship, and serves as encouragement for individuals facing life challenges.

He described music as a universal language capable of transforming lives, healing emotional wounds, and bringing people closer to God.

Likewise, the MFM Mega Regional Overseer (MRO) Lagos Island Mega Region, Pastor Ade Oyebanji said unlimited, undiluted praise unspeakable Joy. He called on Nigerians and rest of the world return to God in total supplication, and total surrenderness

His words ” When you pray, prayer mover from Earth to Heaven, but when you praise heaven comes down to earth immediately ”

On his part , Pastor Samuel Oloyede, Senior Regional Overseer (SRO), MFM Music Worldwide, said MFM worldwide offers Christian gospel music which plays significant role in strengthening faith and drawing people closer to God across communities, across the world. Through inspiring lyrics, uplifting melodies, and messages of hope, gospel artists are helping believers deepen their spiritual connection and encouraging others to embrace Christian value

In his exhortation, the Senior Regional Overseer (SRO)/ Mega Regional Overseer in charge of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Lekki Mega Axis , Pastor Moses Adebowale who ministered on the topic ” Engaging the weapon of Prasie for Exploit” said God has been faithful all the way, and God’s mercies endures forever to heal, to deliver , to save hence the necessity to praise God.

He revealed that praising God kills stubborn evil pursuers. He urged every individual to learn prophetic praise, praising God at all time for His Faithfulness, as well as using scriptures to praise God.

Adebowale warned individuals not to limit God to only when they have testimonies, stressed that no matter what happens praising God at all season is the still the best option.

His words “Praise has its own divine voice and power over what God created , when you pras naturally, automatically the Earth will yield its increase, and God will bless us with fearful blessings. Praise God for what he has done in the past. Dong limit praising God to when you have testimonies, n matter what happens praise God, also add faith to your praise, likewise engage prophetic praise”
Adebowale emphasized the power of praise as a spiritual tool capable of bringing breakthroughs in difficult situations. According to him, many of the social, economic, and spiritual problems confronting individuals and the country can be addressed through sincere worship and unwavering faith in God.
“Prophetic praise is not ordinary singing,” he said. “It is an act of faith that provokes divine intervention. When people praise God wholeheartedly, chains are broken, burdens are lifted, and impossible situations begin to change.”
Drawing references from biblical accounts, the cleric cited the story of King Jehoshaphat, whose army secured victory through praise rather than physical combat. He also referenced Paul and Silas, whose praises in prison led to miraculous freedom.
Pastor Adebowale urged Nigerians not to give up in the face of hardship, insecurity, economic uncertainty, and rising social tensions. Instead, he encouraged citizens to remain hopeful and prayerful while trusting God for restoration and national healing.

Earlier, the Mega Regional Administrator, MFM Ajah Mega Regional Headquarter Pastor Oluwafunmilayo Ojo, and member of the planning committee, Sister Toyin Bawa-Allah, emphasised that the concert will help foster unity among believers while also attracting people from different backgrounds into a shared atmosphere of peace and inspiration. The duo said praise brings healing, hope , deliverance to mention a few .

According to them, gospel music will positively influence society by encouraging moral values, promoting love, and inspiring positive lifestyle changes among youths and families.

The Mega Regional Choir Leader, Olakunle Oladapo, described music as therapeutic, saying it contributes significantly to emotional, physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
He explained that the musical concerts has provided opportunities for talent development, cultural expression, and community bonding.

Participants at the concert described the programme as inspiring, refreshing, and spiritually uplifting. Some attendees explained that gospel music has helped them overcome emotional struggles, loneliness, and fear, while others said worship songs strengthen their relationship with God and provide hope during difficult moments.

The concert also featured special prayers for peace, unity, and national development, with church leaders urging Nigerians to continue promoting love, kindness, and harmony through positive expressions such as music and worship.

Observers noted that musical concerts organised by religious bodies continue to serve as platforms for talent discovery, youth empowerment, cultural expression, and community development.
As the programme ended amid songs of praise and thanksgiving, organisers expressed hope that the concert would continue to impact lives positively and encourage more people to appreciate the healing and transformative benefits of music in society.
