Two persons have died, while four other persons sustained varying degrees of injuries in an auto crash that occurred along Sagamu-Benin Expressway in Ogun State

Vehicle involved is an Hanvan truck with the registration number: LAR 716 XB and a white colour Howo truck with no registration number.

Spokesperson of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency(TRACE) Babatunde Akinbiyi confirmed this to newsmen in a statement in Abeokuta yesterday.

Akinbiyi said that six persons(all males) were occupants involved in the accident where two people died and four other sustained injuries.

He said that the cause of the crash was due to excessive speed from the driver of the the Howo truck who rammed head on with the Hanvan truck.

Akinbiyi said that the victims had been rescue by good Samaritan to unknown hospital and the presume dead had been taken to idera hospital sagamu morgue.
