A court on Monday granted bail to the National President of Miyetti Allah, Bello Badejo, in the sum of N2 billion as he continues to face trial.

The court admitted Badejo to bail after hearing arguments from both the prosecution and the defence. While the bail was approved, the court also outlined conditions that must be met before he can regain his freedom.

The case was subsequently adjourned to a later date for the continuation of proceedings.
