The Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, is currently meeting with workers of the Ministry over the proposed concession of King’s College, Lagos to its old boys association, The Guardian can authoritatively report.
The Minister who arrived the Ministry’s headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday evening, was accompanied by the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Suwaiba Ahmad, while the Acting Permanent Secretary, Dr. Folake Olatunji-David and other directors were on hand to receive him.
It was gathered that the two Ministers arrived at 6:10pm and headed straight to the Permanent Secretary’s Conference Room where a meeting with labour leaders led by the National President, Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN), Comrade Bola Audu is currently ongoing.
