Her STEAM Impact Initiative in partnership with Tecpal successfully hosted the Lagos edition of The Evolution Workshop 2026 on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria, bringing together women from diverse backgrounds for a powerful day of learning, inspiration, networking and meaningful conversations.

The event welcomed young women, entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, industry leaders and changemakers, all united by a shared desire to grow, connect and take intentional steps towards personal and professional development.

Designed as a platform to empower women to evolve and thrive, The Evolution Workshop 2026 explored a wide range of important topics, including leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, personal development, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, beauty entrepreneurship, personal branding, innovation, technology and future readiness.

Through thought-provoking panel discussions, engaging fireside conversations and practical learning sessions, participants gained valuable insights and tools to help them navigate their individual journeys with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.

The workshop also created an environment that encouraged self-discovery, collaboration and the exchange of experiences, while providing participants with opportunities to build meaningful relationships and professional networks.

Speaking on the success of the Lagos edition, Juliet Ibrahim, Founder of Her STEAM Initiative, described The Evolution Workshop as more than just a gathering.

The Lagos edition featured an impressive lineup of speakers, facilitators and moderators who shared their knowledge and experiences across various sectors.

They included Keynote Speaker Mr Gboyega Akosile, Juliet Ibrahim, Mr Sam Nduka-CEO of TecPal, Sharon Ifeoma Asika-Anene, Sonia Ibrahim, Adekunle Olopade, Aishat Abdulkabir, Victoria Nkong of Bridge Afric, Dr Omobolaji Mogaji, Dabota Lawson, Abbyke Domina, Amb. Dr Ekwutoziam Ashiedu Ogwus Chinedu, Ramat Babah, Aisha Amirah Adedeji, Oyinkansola “Foza” Fawehinmi, Mr Obinna Okerekeocha, Omolayo Olufayo and Anaturuchi Iroapali, popularly known as Mr Green.

Chioma Geraldine Ikechukwu served as the moderator, while Nancy Enyioma Iheoma was the official MC for the event.
