The training, held at the Jesus Evangelical Power Mission Cathedral, offered participants hands-on learning in web development, digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, and other sought-after tech skills. The venue was packed with enthusiastic attendees eager to seize the opportunity to acquire knowledge in high-demand areas.
Amadi Harry Excellent’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment has been the driving force behind the program, which aims to equip the next generation with tools for self-reliance and entrepreneurship.
This latest installment of the skill acquisition training underscores his vision of creating a thriving, tech-savvy workforce in Rivers State.
The program’s success was bolstered by the support of Brian Dennis Jonah, who contributed significantly to its planning, and Apostle Blessing Banigo, who donated the use of the cathedral free of charge, saving an estimated ₦5 million in logistics costs.
Participants expressed heartfelt gratitude for the initiative, sharing stories of how the skills gained have already led to job offers and freelance opportunities. One participant described it as “a life-changing experience,” highlighting the program’s potential to reshape their futures.
During his closing remarks, Amadi Harry Excellent encouraged attendees to take immediate steps toward achieving financial independence. “Fail on time, succeed on time; nothing beats starting on time,” he advised, urging the newly trained youths to leverage their skills to solve societal challenges and secure economic freedom.
