Edo College Old Boys Association (ECOBA) has re-elected the former governor of Edo State, Lucky Igbinedion, as its global president. The election also saw others returning unopposed, except Nosa Iyekekpolor, who had served for two terms based on the association’s constitution.

Other officials re-elected at the convention were Greg Ogbeifun as first Vice President; Aigbe Olotu, as second Vice President; Geoffrey Anuta, as Financial Secretary and Elvis Obaseki, as Social Director.

In his acceptance speech at the national convention and yearly general meeting in Benin City, Igbinedion assured that he and his executive members would take the association to a greater level in the next two years. The former governor said their re-election would help them consolidate on their plan to uplift the association.
