Expert harps on resilience as virtue to become successful entrepreneur

Active and prospective entrepreneurs have been advised to develop the right attitude of resilience, by refusing to be defeated by challenges.
Speaking at the 10th anniversary of So Fresh Neighbourhood market limited in Lagos, Chief Operating Officer, Abimbola Balogun emphasized that the way out of economic challenges for Nigerians is entrepreneurship coupled with a strong determination to succeed.

Balogun, who urged entrepreneurs to confront critically every kind of impediment capable of leading to frustration, noted that there is no business without its challenges and only the determined entrepreneurs can overcome every barrier that would lead to discouragement.
“An average entrepreneur should be resilient, know what he or she is aiming at, and remain resolute in the quest for his or her dream and goal,” she counseled.
Balogun, who recounted a lot of challenges that would have collapsed the business a long time ago, said the organisation is standing today through determination.

She said the firm would remain consistent in maintaining the high standard of its products with an unalloyed commitment to adding value to every individual and the nation at large.
She disclosed that over the next seven years, the organisation aims at investing over 10 million dollars in the West Africa region as it drives her expansion to surpass 100 offices, building a healthy nation, creating jobs, and expanding learning and capacity in the food retail space.
