Experts, who converged at the 2021 edition of the Agile Practitioners of Nigeria and The Agile Advisor Africa’s conference, have urged organisations across the African market to embrace innovations and critical tools to drive business development for economic growth.

Speaking during the yearly Agile Nigeria Conference (ANC), in Lagos, the speakers charged companies to adopt innovation to remain competitive.

According to them, agile practitioners are technology experts who are trained in the art of breaking businesses into stages. The Chief Executive Officer/Founder, Agile Advisor Africa, Mrs. Abiodun Osoba, said: “African companies are already reimagining and reinventing themselves so that they can innovate more effectively.

Osoba added that the conference which commenced in 2017 has a strong practical focus and attracts industry practitioners and decision-makers who want to improve their success with agile and lean methods.”

She noted that it is dedicated to forging Agile principles and providing a platform for people and ideas to flourish.
