Firm commits to safer, sustainable work environment
Hybrid Group, a provider of health, safety, environment, and sustainability training in West Africa, has reiterated its commitment to enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
Through its innovative 2025 interactive training calendar, the digital tool simplifies access to professional development courses, including globally recognised certifications aimed at helping businesses and professionals boost their compliance and safety education.
Principal Consultant and CEO of Hybrid Group, Dapo Omolade in a press statement emphasised the calendar’s role in empowering individuals and organisations to create safer, more sustainable work environments.
“We aim to help organisations and individuals create sustainable and safer work environments. By simplifying access to our courses, we aim to ensure more people are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to build safer and more sustainable futures,” he explained.
Omolade also highlighted that the company’s approach prioritises practical knowledge alongside theoretical insights. “Our approach ensures that learners not only gain theoretical insights but also leave with the skills and confidence to implement safety practices effectively in their workplaces, contributing to a culture of safety and sustainability,” he added.
The 2025 training calendar includes a comprehensive catalogue of courses such as the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), NEBOSH Process Safety Management (PSM), ISO 45001, IOSH Managing Safely, and AOSH Health and Safety at Work. These courses are offered through a flexible learning model combining online and in-person options to accommodate diverse schedules.
Director of Operations, Hybrid Group, Gbenga Ajayi, noted that the initiative underscores the company’s commitment to advancing workplace safety and professional development across the region.
“The interactive training calendar represents another step forward in our efforts to make education in workplace safety simpler and more effective,” Ajayi remarked.
