Igbinedion University appoints Airen as HoD Mass Communication

Dr Airen Melody has been appointed Head of Department of Mass Communication, Goodluck Ebelle Jonathan College of Arts and Social Sciences, Igbinedion University Okada (IUO), Edo State.
Dr Airen Melody has been appointed Head of Department of Mass Communication, Goodluck Ebelle Jonathan College of Arts and Social Sciences, Igbinedion University Okada (IUO), Edo State.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Institution’s Registrar, Friday Benji Bakare.
The Communication expert and scholar hails from Urhonigbe, Orhiomwon Local Government Council Area in Edo State.
He holds the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Igbinedion University Okada, Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Marketing, Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Public Relations both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka.
Airen is a member of many notable professional bodies and associations both local and international.
His area of interest includes Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Environmental Public Relations and Strategic Advertising. He has published several articles in both local and international journals of repute.
