Media firm to reward resilient brands at summit


In recognition of businesses’ resilience and excellence despite the harsh operating business environment in the country, Awesome Brands Magazine, in conjunction with some strategic partners, has concluded plans to reward firms at this year’s awards.
According to the firm, while the government is fixing the power sector, security challenges, foreign exchange issues, infrastructure issues, institutional bottlenecks, corruption, Nigerian entrepreneurs have moved on and excelled in different sectors of the economy.
Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of the magazine,said: “This year 2018 is gradually drawing to an end, and no doubt businesses in Nigeria are undergoing difficult times. Some businesses, in spite of the challenges are thriving, contributing to the economic growth of the country.

“To celebrate some of these companies whose brands are thriving, ABR Institute in conjunction with Awesome Brands Magazine, with some strategic partners is set to reward Brands who have excelled in all ramifications. The award is aimed at identifying, recognizing and rewarding corporate organization that applied innovations and best quality practices”.
Scheduled to hold on November 22, 2018 at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers Ikeja, Lagos, Nwachukwu added that a summit has also been planned to address concerns affecting some sectors of the economy.
