NULGE swears in new president
The new National President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Olatunji Ambali, would be sworn-in tomorrow, in Abuja.
Ambali, who was elected president early this year, until his election was the national treasurer of NULGE and two-term Ogun state chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).
He succeeds Ibrahim Khaleel, who died late last year.
The Guardian gathered that Ambali is coming as NULGE president at a time when the union is faced with challenges of cohesion, having the task of uniting state branches and ensuring peace in the union.
