Lagos-based artiste Meeza wants everybody to, Feel It, in his new release featuring Vasa and Tiimie. The new record sees the artiste explore an infectious blend of Afro-House bounce, delivering a sound built for movement, nightlife and wider audiences.

“Feel It” arrives at a time when underground music scene continues to develop its own distinct identity. From trap-influenced Afrobeat to heavy bounce and experimental production, the scene has become a breeding ground for artistes creating outside the traditional mainstream formula.

Meeza, however, is taking a slightly diferent approach.

While embracing the energy of the underground, he is putting more emphasis on singing and melody, creating music that retains the rawness of the scene while having the accessibility to connect with mainstream listeners.

That balance separates Meeza from many of his peers in the underground. He isn’t simply making music for the underground; he’s creating a sound that can move from the underground to the mainstream without losing its identity.
