Oldskool Jamz Nuskool at Kiekie TV’s 90s meet Millennium

The 90s meet millennium, a groundbreaking event that occurs yearly to celebrate the Nigerian entertainment industry, holds on July 10 at the Jogor Centre, Ibadan. The event brings together the best from music, comedy, Nollywood and dance from old school generation, fusing them with the new school acts, to deliver a thrilling entertainment with loads of euphoria and nostalgia.

According to the coordinator and host of the show, Ms Oluwabunkunmi Adeaga, the maiden event featured legendary artistes, Salawa Abeni, Dele Ojo, Toye Ajagu and current acts like, Reminisce, May D and Mo Blow.

The Kiekie TV boss said the first edition, which held in Ibadan last year, was a huge success, as throngs of people attended and were totally enthralled by the experience, this necessitated a better, bigger season 2.

“In this edition, more celebrities will be involved, as we’re fusing celebrity’s form of art – music, fashion, comedy, dance and drama. The ancient city of Ibadan will be on the spot again as an entertainment hub for guests across the southwestern states.”

The Project manager, Mr. Oyinwola Don, said the objectives of the event is to acknowledge and promote creativity in the entertainment industry, promote the fusion of different eras of arts, and promote the culture and tourism values of the host city.

He also solicited for corporate organisations to take advantage of the two weeks pre event awareness activation across Ibadan.
