Universal School of Aviation emerges Africa’s Transport Institute of the Year

Universal School of Aviation (USA) has again won the award of best aviation school in the continent from the just concluded Order of Merit Quality Awards.The award, which held at the Nicon Luxury hotel, Abuja, during World Quality Summit on Thursday, April 12, 2018, had in attendance dignitaries from all over the world.

In his speech, the Director of Studies of Universal School of Aviation, Mr Onifade Adekunle Eedris, said the award is well appreciated and an indication that all our effort to bring world class aviation training to the people through our outstanding facilities and staffs did not go unnoticed.

Onifade further stated that USA as it is fondly called has renewed her approval certification of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) as an authorized training organization (ATO) to run courses that leads to the issuance of Cabin crew / Flight attendant license and Flight dispatcher / Ground pilot license among other certificate courses.

This is the one of the four international award the institution will be bagging just in April alone as it has been nominated and won the Africa’s Best Manpower Development Institution organized by Inside Business Africa on the 13th of April and was also nominated for International Quality Era award in Geneva, Switzerland on the 14 &15 of April, USA also won Africa’s Best Aviation Company award during the Development in Africa Merit Awards (DAMA 2018) on the 20th of April.

All of these achievement is not only for the management of USA but also for past, present and prospective students of the institute.Various organisations who also received awards with Universal at the various events included; Dubai Airport, Dana Airline, Lagos State Water Corporation, VisionScape Waste Management Company etc.
