BUA Foods Plc receives approval to list 18 billion shares on NGX
BUA Foods Plc has announced its readiness to be listed its shares on the main board of the Nigerian Exchange, after receiving regulatory approval and satisfying listing requirements.
The listing by introduction of the 18 billion shares means that the shares of existing BUA Foods’ shareholders has been listed without an additional public sale of shares. Henceforth, all BUA Foods shareholders will be free to trade their shares on the Exchange.
