Strends Print Limited, the powerhouse behind Nigeria’s premier on-demand customisation and apparel company, DynasTees, has announced its acquisition by Blanks, an apparel brand and manufacturer from India. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed, but the acquisition is set to bring about a new era of innovation and better services for DynasTees.
Founded in 2019 by Tayo Osikoya and Adeposi Bamiduro, Strends Print Limited has risen to prominence in the Nigerian fashion scene by operating in premium malls across Nigeria. With over 50,000 customised apparels sold through its in-mall stores, DynasTees has become synonymous with quality, speed, and customer convenience. The company’s unique approach to on-demand customisation has allowed it to cater to a wide range of clients, from individuals seeking personalised clothing to businesses looking for branded merchandise.
Osikoya said, “We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved with Strends Print Limited and DynasTees. Our team has worked tirelessly to create a brand that stands out in the market, and we are excited about the possibilities that this acquisition brings. Blanks’ expertise and resources will surely take our business to new heights and offer even more value to our customers.”
Blanks, known for its diverse and high-quality plain apparels, brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to the business. The company’s commitment to quality and trendy apparel manufacturing aligns perfectly with Strends Print Limited’s values, promising better services and more products for clients.
“Blanks is thrilled to be acquiring DynasTees,” said Usman, CEO of Blanks. “We have long admired their success in the Nigerian market and believe that together, we can create a truly global brand. Our customers can expect a wider variety of apparel options and an even better service experience as we integrate our operations and leverage each other’s strengths.”
As part of the acquisition, Blanks will rebrand all DynasTees locations and online sites to Blanks Nigeria. This strategic move is expected to ease Blanks’ entry into Nigeria and further solidify DynasTees’ position as a leader in the on-demand customisation and apparel industry.
