The developer, Rosefield Industries Ltd has officially flagged off the construction of Maliyah Hills Estate in Abuja, designed to serve as the diaspora-friendly investment hub and one of the emerging residential projects strategically planned to attract both local buyers and foreigners.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony in Abuja, its Chairman, Muhammad Sani Sidi-Aliyu, stated that the project represents a long-term vision to create a secure and modern residential community capable of delivering value across generations.
Sidi-Aliyu also added that the event has brought together industry leaders, developers, infrastructure experts, and marketing professionals who collectively emphasized the growing importance of credible housing projects within Nigeria’s capital city.
According to him, Abuja’s expanding drive, population growth and increasing urban demand require developments that would balance infrastructure, affordability, and investment sustainability in built ecosystem.
Also, Group Managing Director of Whetherheads Advertising, Mr. Abiodun Iderawumi, explained that Maliyah Hills would directly address the housing expectations of working families seeking quality environments without compromising accessibility and long-term value.
On infrastructure execution, Dr. Edmund Oshioke, Chief Executive Officer of Kamen Construction Limited, assured the investors that the project would be delivered using tested engineering systems and quality construction standards.
Contributing, CEO of Hilvard Realty Limited, Mr. Moses Abah, said the estate has strong appeal for diaspora investors due to its structured development model and strategic positioning within Abuja’s expanding real estate corridor.
He therefore noted that Nigerians abroad are increasingly seeking trusted developments capable of securing wealth and creating reliable investment portfolios back home.
