First Marina Trust unveils app to boost investment opportunity

First Marina Trust Limited has launched its application called FMTspace to boost investment opportunities for people and corporate entities.

Speaking at the unveiling in Lagos, yesterday, the Managing Director of First Marina Trust Limited, Ehiosu Odaro Oviawe, said the financial institution has been operating for over 33 years now and aims to be a world-class provider of personalised financial services to discerning individuals and emerging businesses while creating value for its stakeholders.

He said the FMTspace application is a unique investment solution that is carefully designed to take care of the needs of additional customers.

“It is a product designed with our customers in mind and it will bring speed and comfort without losing our core values, which are hinged on personalised financial service delivery,” he said.

Speaking at the event, the Chairman, First Marina Trust Limited, Mrs. Salamatu Aderinokun, said in Nigeria, with an estimated 60 per cent youth population, it is clear that any business that is not FinTech-enabled to reach out to its customers will not own the future, adding that the changing financial landscape is providing immense possibilities for economic development.

She said financial liberalisation, technological changes and market innovation in response to demands for financial and investment services are the forces which continue to shape the financial landscape of the industry.

This application is extremely secure using the latest security technology and brings verifiable, time-tested investment opportunities and gives access to invest in our money market products.”

Onyeoghane added that the FMTspace will meet individuals’ life goals via targeted savings, and transacting in escrow service among others.
