Proventa Global Business Services Limited has been launched to help founder-led, family-owned and growth-stage businesses strengthen the structures, systems and decision-making capabilities required to grow sustainably.

It is founded and led by Bashir Arowojobe, with more than a decade professional experience and over six years spent working with businesses to transform their operations, strengthen their organisations and move beyond their initial stages of growth. In a statement, Arowojobe said the firm sought to help companies transition from entrepreneurial success to organisational strength needed to thrive in the corporate world.

“Many businesses reach a point where what worked in the early years is no longer enough for the next stage. The challenge is not always a lack of ambition or opportunity. Sometimes, the business has simply outgrown the structure that got it there.”

He added that Proventa provides three core services; business diagnostics, corporate restructuring and management advisory.

He said: “Through Business Diagnostics, the firm assesses critical areas of a business, including strategy, operations, people, finances and organisational systems, helping management understand the issues affecting the business and determine where attention is most needed.

“Its Corporate Restructuring practice focuses on strengthening the organisational foundation of businesses by examining structures, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines, processes, governance and operating systems.

“Management Advisory provides founders and management teams with an independent thinking partner to support important business decisions, including growth strategy, organisational challenges and other issues that require both strategic perspective and practical execution.

He further said that Proventa is being built around a multidisciplinary team that brings together accountants, legal practitioners, strategists and other professionals, adding that the intention is to approach business challenges from multiple perspectives rather than viewing financial, legal, strategic and organisational issues in isolation.
