A software has been designed to reshape how businesses manage sales, inventory, expenses, customer payments and accounts receivable in small and medium enterprises.
The innovation AR Pro 365 is also meant to combat problems such enterprises experience while struggling with stock discrepancies, scattered records, delayed payments and unclear profitability, a statement by the company said.
This was revealed by one of the founders and business risk strategist of AR Pro 365, Uchechi Olanrewaju, who informed during a press briefing in Abuja that the software will introduce one of the most accessible record-keeping systems ever witnessed in the small and medium enterprises sector, stressing that it would also enable business owners to log their sales and expenses directly through WhatsApp.
A co-founder and compliance lead, Jennifer Ogbogu, said since WhatsApp has been recognised as the most widely used communication channel by Nigerian business owners, the platform will allow them to send simple updates through such mediums as chats.
“AR Pro 365 automatically synchronises those entries into their sales dashboard, inventory records, expense tracker, cash flow and profitability reports.
