The Discover Your Capabilities coaching event, facilitated by United Kingdom-based mindset coach, Uwem Umana, was held in Lagos recently.

The five-day immersive experience drew participants from diverse walks of life, young professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders, seeking clarity, confidence, and a roadmap for purposeful living.

Through a carefully curated coaching framework, Umana guided participants to identify their personal strengths, uncover unique capabilities, and strategise on how to turn these inner assets into value-creating opportunities for themselves and their communities.

“What this event did for me in five days, I’ve been trying to find on my own for five years. It was as if a fog was lifted—I now see myself more clearly and I’m ready to move forward with focus and fire,” said one participant.
