International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

The Theme Each for equal is about collective individualism; where we are all parts of a whole; where women (and men) put heads together to lift each other without any form of bias.

To commemorate this year International Women’s Day, Techplus unveils Phenomenal African women who have excelled in their fields, redefined success by impact and have scaled through many difficult hurdles to shatter the ceiling glass

By showcasing the Digital Portrait, we are encouraging the inclusion of the younger generation of female to be part of the innovations in their various fields, as well as unveiling a new set of role models and mentors for the coming generation.

Techplus adopts the term Shapers to describe what and who these women are.
They are African Female Change Makers and Innovators rewriting the narrative across various Industries.

It’s time to help others rise. It’s time to become shapers. It’s time to be Each for Equal

Hoping our list of shapers inspire you to be more.
