Director General of the Advertising Regulatory Agency of Nigeria (ARCON), Lekan Fadolapo; President Nigeria Institute of Public Relations of Nigeria (NIPR), Ike Neliaku and former Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dakuku Peterside, were among distinguished personalities that paid tributes to the convener of NECCI PR Roundtable Nkechi Ali-Balogun in commemoration of her 70th birthday in Lagos recently.

To Fadolapo, “Nkechi Ali- Balogun is a blessing to her generation and other generations after her. She continues to live a life of sacrifice and service to humanity. She has and continue to contributes to the growth and development of younger generations. I wish her many more years in good health and peace of mind.”

On lessons upcoming generations can learn from her exemplary lifestyle, he added, “they must be dedicated and professional in all their doings.”

To Peterside, “we are celebrating trust, relationship management and resourcefulness. We are also celebrating a woman whose credibility knows no boundary. She is a guru and role model to many.”

Describing her as resilient, Neliaku added, “she does not give up. She is vey committed and result oriented. I haven’t seen anything that is handed over to her and she will not come back with result. She is also a friend of excellence and enemy of mediocrity. She doesn’t know how to pretend. She is also a strong advocate of women empowerment.

Responding, Ali-Balogun said, ‘I feel great and I am a young girl of 70.’
