Wockhardt Hospitals holds workshop for doctors in Lagos
As part of their contributions to health care development in Nigeria by way of disseminating relevant medical information targeted at enhancing the teaching and practice of medicine, Wockhardt Hospitals India in collaboration with Med-Ville and Partners Limited will hold a workshop for medical doctors in Lagos State.
The event which is schedule to hold on September 3rd 2016 at the Malaria Research Centre (MRC Hall), Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, Lagos will attract experts such as Dr Gaurav Gupta, Gastro Transplant Specialist; and Dr Ajay Bajaj, Neuro and spine specialist among others who are expected to speak on topics such as ‘Liver Transplant- Practical aspect; Management of Liver Metastasis in Colorectal Cancer; Tissue Transplant- Indications, Management and long serm sequelae (Renal and Liver).’
Other topics lined up are: recent advances in the management of Lumbar Disc disease; Neuro-Navigation assisted brain tumour surgery; newer approach and cure for cancers: Any Hope?
The workshop is a continuous medical education programme for medical doctors in Lagos State.
