This vibrant, tempting mocktail is a delicious mixture of fruits and flavours. The soothing red-orange colour drink also combines the healthy benefits of oranges and cranberry for a nutrition-packed beverage.

Ingredients

• 2 shots orange juice (1 shot = 30 ml)
• 1 shot cranberry juice
• 1 shot soda water
• 1 cup ice cube
• 1 orange wedge or wheel, to garnish

Method

1. Half-fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour the orange and cranberry juices over the ice in the glass and leave for two minutes.
3. Then pour a shot of soda water for that fizzy and tantalising flavour.
4. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve chilled.
