American singer, Justine Syke has taken to her Instagram page to disclose the domestic abuse she suffered at the hands of her violent ex-boyfriend. She made the post in commemoration of Domestic Violence Awareness month.

The 23-year-old who was only recently returned to social media after a hiatus said she was mentally and physically hurt by her ex-boyfriend, and had fallen into depression due to the bad experiences while in the relationship.

The singer has in times past been linked with Nigerian singer, Wizkid whom she had a collaboration with on U Don’t Know in 2017.  The song was off her debut album Ultraviolet. Neither of the two music stars admitted to a romantic relationship going on between them.
