All is now set for the 11th Graduation and 22nd Year Anniversary of the William Wheatley Theological College, Azuiyi Oloko in Ikwuano Local Council of Abia State.

Established in 1996 by The United Evangelical Church (founded as Qua Iboe Church) in response to the quest for bringing qualitative theological education closer to the people within the geographical area, and in line with the church’s vision for the 21st Century developmental plan, the college seems to have passed a litmus test in the course of its administration within the 22 years of its inception.

Aside being a missionary and a theological school whose wider aspirations cut across the yearnings of meeting the present day global demand in education, digital technology and academic empowerment, the College in its quest to meet present-day demands is now under the leadership of Revd. E. A. Idachaba (Ph.D) as the College Provost, the Revd. C.O Nwachukwu as the Academic Dean, Mrs. I.M. Ogbonna as registrar and the Professor Udo Herbert as the Chairman Governing Council.

The college also has qualified erudite scholars from universities both from Nigeria and the United Kingdom who are lecturers in full time and part-time respectively serving in different disciplines of Theology.

Over the years, the college has biannually graduated many pastors who meritoriously bagged different certificates in their courses and thus excelled in their various disciplines, such as Bachelor of Divinity degree, advanced Diploma in Ministerial Studies and Diploma in Ministerial Studies.
