60 Benue students get Green Savannah scholarship
Green Savannah has offered scholarships to 60 students in primary and post-primary schools in Benue State.
Managing Director of the agriculture-based Non Governmental Organisation (NGO), Sylvester Uzoama, disclosed this, yesterday, during its 2022 end-of-year party in Makurdi.
According to Uzoama, it is the culture of Green Savannah to celebrate every year end by reaching out to the less-privileged through distribution of food and other agricultural produce to the people, particularly their immediate host community, the Nigerian Air Force Base and Ugondo communities in Makurdi Local Council.
He pledged to continue to engage with community leaders and interest groups to continue to impact the society.
