Former Nigeria Ambassador and governorship aspirant of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Omurana Suleiman has argued the possibility of the party not appearing on the ballot paper comes 2027 presidential election .
Ambassador Omar Suleiman made the disclosure yesterday during a press briefing in Yola.
He noted that despite various pronouncement by the court, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), recognizes the part’s presidential candidate in all function.
“ADC will certainly be on the ballot paper because INEC have said, it recognizes David Mark as chairman in all functions also recognize our presidential candidate”
“The court will soon clear all pronouncement and ADC will stand it place during the 2027 presidential election. I call on Nigerians and party supporters to discard all ideas that ADC will not be on the ballot and vote for credible governance “ he said.
The aspirants’ in his own part called on the people of Adamawa state to support and vote a greater change that enhances security and boost agricultural activities to birth a standardize economy.
He noted that if given the mandate to govern Adamawa state, he will ensure that sports takes it pace to enable youth build sports skills and empower women and youth through skill acquisition.
Meanwhile the committee of the Adamawa state chairman of local councils have pass a vote of confidence on the governorship aspirant Ambassador Omar Suleiman as the party’s governorship.
Speaking on behalf of the committee, Abubakar Audu care taker chairman of Girei LGA urge supporters to discard any information saying the party will change it’s aspirant, endorsing Omar Suleiman as their certified candidate who has won the party’s primary election.
