Wife of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God‎ (RCCG), Pastor Foluke Adeboye, has stressed the need for Christian women to seek God’s grace in order to survive difficult times being experienced in the country.

Adeboye who spoke at the opening ceremony of the 25th yearly Women Convention of the Victorious Women Fellowship International, Sword of the Spirit Ministries in Ibadan, noted that women had critical roles to play in making the society a better place.

Speaking on the theme tagged: Extravagant grace on womanhood, Adeboye said: “Brethren, this is the time anybody will need grace more than ever before. ‎

The Bible tells us that by strength shall no man prevail.

“This is the age we all need grace. This is the end time. When we look at all that are happening, especially in our nation, one may be worried.

“Every human being wants to excel in life. Some receive their strength from various places and their end is eternal destruction. ‎Our own source is God, the giver of all grace”.

Earlier in her ‎address of welcome, the convener of the programme, wife of the Presiding Bishop of Christ Life Church, ‎Rev. Victoria Oke, charged women to be alive to their responsibilities to God, the church and their families.

She said, “‎I cannot but celebrate the grace on our women. Grace makes a real difference in the life of a Christian. It makes difficult things easy.
