Adeleke Ifeoluwa Yomade explores Lucrative Real Estate opportunities in Kenya and Zanzibar

Renowned entrepreneur and CEO of O2 International, Adeleke Ifeoluwa Yomade, recently concluded an insightful journey to Kenya and Zanzibar, where she delved into the high-end real estate landscape. The trip, aimed at expanding the horizons of O2 International, provided Yomade with a firsthand look at the thriving real estate markets in these East African destinations.
During her stay in Kenya, Yomade marveled at the exclusivity of high-end locations, despite the initial cost of entry. Expressing optimism about the potential returns, she observed a significant presence of foreigners in these upscale areas. The allure of these locales, coupled with the financial capacity of the international community, has resulted in a brisk real estate market, with apartments selling rapidly and the Airbnb sector experiencing notable growth.
In Zanzibar, Yomade encountered a similar trend, noting that a substantial 95% of residents in beachfront properties were foreigners. Recognizing the economic power of these individuals, she highlighted the speed at which apartments are being snapped up and the flourishing Airbnb market. Although Yomade had to curtail her trip due to pressing commitments, she emphasized her intention to return to Zanzibar for a more thorough examination of potential Return on Investment (ROI) opportunities.
The CEO’s commitment to O2 International’s expansion is evident in her proactive approach to seeking global real estate opportunities. With her astute observations and first-hand experiences in Kenya and Zanzibar, Yomade is poised to guide O2 International toward strategic and lucrative investments in the East African market.
