The President of Anglican Grammar School Ubulu-Uku Old Boys Association (AGSUOBA), Lagos State chapter, Mr Okey Odibeli, has restated the group’s commitment to moving education forward through its activities and contributions.

Odibeli said in a statement, signed by the Secretary of the association,, Mr Cletus Nwanze, that in pursuit of its objectives, the association would meet this Saturday for deliberations on recent and current developments on issues concerning education, especially as it affects Anglican Grammar School, Ubulu-Uku in Delta State.

He said the meeting, billed to take place at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, (LUTH), Idi-Araba, Lagos, would be made more robust by the presence of the President General (PG) of the national body, Dr Geoff Ohen, who was elected recently at the Old Boys Association Delegates’ Convention held at the school’s Assembly Hall.

“The purpose of the old boys association,” he said, “is to give back to our Alma Mater at its point of need. All old boys domiciled in Lagos are invited to the epoch-making meeting, he said.
