Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has arrived at the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja where he’s being tried for alleged N110 billion fraud.

During the hearing on the case on Tuesday, the EFCC sought an adjournment to Wednesday and admitted his co-defendants, Umar Oricha and Abdulsalami Hudu, to administrative bail.

The anti-graft commission then prayed to the court for an extension of time for the 1st Defendant to appear.

Reports had it that Bello had on Tuesday honoured an invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
