While noting that President Tinubu is compassionate, and humane, Amodu noted that the occasion of the President’s 72nd birthday is a moment to reflect on his remarkable journey and enduring legacy.

“His time as President of Nigeria has been marked by a steadfast commitment to discipline, honesty, and a selfless dedication to the nation’s progress. It has also witnessed significant strides in infrastructure development, with policies focused intently on reviving Nigeria’s infrastructure and rejigging the economy.

“Tinubu is strikingly selfless, always putting the needs of the nation and its people first. His approach to governance is never about personal gains. This selflessness, a rare virtue in the realm of global politics, has been a beacon of inspiration for many, including myself,” Amodu said.

On his part, Akinwande noted the influential position of the President politically, and how he has consistently remained a voice of wisdom and counsel for many political leaders, both within and outside the country.

He prayed for the continuous well-being of Tinubu so he could steer the country to dream land.

According to him, the Nigerian Police must be restructured, reformed and reinvented to meet the standard of the Nigeria of the President’s dream.

“We need to recruit more personnel into the police and army, considering the level of insecurity in the country at the moment,” he said.

He also noted that the idea of state police will be counter productive.Instead, he advised that all energies should be channeled towards making the federal police effective.

He further urged the President to stimulate the economy with infrastructure projects and agriculture incentives to farmers in rural communities.
