Charly Boy, Sahara Reporters publisher join NLC protest
Nigerians, once again, gathered yesterday in Lagos and Abuja to protest against the government of President Muhamamdu Buhari in a rally organized by the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC).
Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, and Sahara Reporters publisher, Omoyele Sowore, who headlined Monday’s #IStandWithNigeria and One Voice Nigeria protest, yesterday joined the labour leaders to protest against corruption and bad governance in Nigeria.
Charly Boy said he understands the challenges this country is facing from decades of wasteful wickedness and insensitive leadership. According to him bad governance is a failure of the governed just as much as it is a failure of political leadership.
