Dukia Africa is providing biggest resort with real estate ecosystem, says Dr. Israel

Managing Director, Dukia Africa, Dr. Adekunle Ibraheem Israel, has disclosed that an innovative Africa project, that would change the narrative about resorts and the real estate ecosystem, has emerged from Nigeria.

Addressing journalists during the project launch in Lagos recently, Israel said the project, Dukia Africa, is a beautiful and luxurious real estate ecosystem that mixes nature, technology and aesthetics with functional living spaces and homes.

He also said Dukia Africa is dubbed as a get-away place to experience all that nature, luxurious living spaces, entertainment and technology have to offer in symbiotic grandeur.

Noting that Dukia Africa is the new horizon of a greater Africa, he added that Nigeria, the continent’s most populous black nation with the second largest film industry in the world, as well as a fashion, technology and creative hub, is setting the pace.

Speaking further, Israel said Dukia Africa offers a perimeter fence, a good drainage system, interlocked road, swimming pool and gym, dedicated transformers central generator, water hydrant, streetlights, CCTV cameras, recreational facility, car parks, eco-friendly, helipad, zoo and basketball ball court.

Head Engineer, Evermark Homes and Properties, Olaitan Ridwan, said, “Lagos is congested and Epe historically is a town of lagoon with aquatic splendour around it, both combinations inspired us to choose Epe for the location of the resort centre.”
