According to a statement signed by his media aide, Chibuike Onyeukwu, yesterday, former Minister of Aviation, Dr. Kema Chikwe, is vice chairperson of the committee, while Chinedu Okpaleke is the secretary.
There are 12 sub-committees in all.
Ihedioha, the statement added, will inaugurate the committee at Rockview Hotels, Owerri, tomorrow at noon.
