The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has disbursed its N2,724,546,444.33 share of statutory allocation to the six area councils and other stakeholders in the territory as its allocation for the month of May 2021.

A close look at the figures shows a drop of over N2.710 billion (32.4 per cent) from the amount distributed in April.

FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Aliyu, who presided over the 154th Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) meeting yesterday in Abuja, affirmed that there was a significant decline of funds allocated to the six area councils and other stakeholders.
