Fintiri approves appointment of new First Class Chief of Lunguda Chiefdom

Gov. Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa on Thursday approved the appointment of Mr. Kuruhaye Dansanda as the new First Class Chief of Lunguda Chiefdom in Guyuk Local Government Area of the state.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the approval followed the selection of Dansanda by the kingmakers of the chiefdom, following the death of his predecessor, Late Wilfred Kimde, who passed away last month.

The approval for the appointment of the new chief is contained in a statement issued by Mr Solomon Kumangar, the Director General, Media and Communication to the governor.

Aged 44, until his appointment, Dansanda was a Senior Executive Officer with the National Commission for Museums and Monuments.
