A private firm, Tech and Concrete Ltd, has appointed Alhaji Nurudeen Ishaiku Daza, Managing Director of Daza TV/Tsale Daya, as Ambassador of the Niger State Development Company (NSDC).
Announcing the appointment of Daza in a brief ceremony held at Daza TV studio, Minna, on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, Managing Director of Tech and Concrete Ltd, Dr. Shauibu Ameza, stated that the company is responsible for construction of the Niger State Development Company (NSDC) International Market, Madalla, in Suleja Local Council of Niger State.
Dr. Shauibu added that his organisation is partnering with Nurudeen Daza TV to raise awareness and promote the market throughout the state and the world at large.
Dr. Ameza said, “The NSDC International Madalla Market project, awarded by the Governor of Niger State, Governor Muhammad Umaru Bago, aims to create a vibrant commercial hub in Suleja.”
He added that the development will feature over 4,000 shops, a banking hall, a fire service station, and educational facilities for traders’ children, promising that they can receive quality education without leaving the market.
He added that the plans also include a well-designed road network, a motor park connecting various states, and the installation of CCTV surveillance to enhance security, noting, however, that the project will provide an independent power supply to ensure reliable energy for all market operations.
The Managing Director emphasised the importance of community participation in this initiative, encouraging both traders and non-traders to take advantage of investment opportunities in commercial property. Currently available through an off-plan arrangement, the project offers potential investors the chance to earn a promising return of up to 300% within the next 10 to 12 months.
“This is a unique opportunity to engage in a transformative project and contribute to the economic growth of Niger State,” the MD said.
He assured the community that ongoing efforts are being made to keep local stakeholders informed and involved in this significant development.
As construction progresses, the firm is committed to highlighting the investment opportunities available, reinforcing the importance of this project for the people of Niger State.
Dr. Shauibu Ameza noted that Alhaji Ishaku Daza’s vibrancy and trustworthiness encouraged his organisation to sign a memorandum of understanding to showcase the project from its early stages to completion on a global stage.
Earlier in his remarks, the Managing Director of Daza TV, Alhaji Nurudeen Ishaiku Daza, while appreciating Tech and Concrete Ltd for the appointment, solicited the support of all journalists across various media platforms in Niger to enable him to discharge his functions effectively.
Daza added, “I dedicate this appointment to N.U.J., State Council, all journalists, Prestige F.M., and all staff of Daza TV,” he said.
Highlights of the event included the signing of the MOU between the management of Tech and Concrete Ltd and Daza TV.
