Foundation holds empowerment programme



World New Revival Ministries International, in collaboration with Apostolic Pearl Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd., Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) and the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), has concluded a free vocational skill acquisition programme for unemployed school leavers and graduates.

Tagged, Be Skillful, Creating jobs, Empowering Lives, Become a pride to the gospel, the workshop attracted professional facilitators in areas such as, gele tying and makeup, soap making /Insecticides/Ink making, Beads &Wireworks, Dry Cleaning /Laundry Services, Events Decoration & Flower Arrangements, Fashion Designing /Ankara Bag Making /Ankara Shoe Making, Cake Baking/Bread Making/Confectionaries, Catering /Small chops/Fruit Decoration/Cocktail Drinks, Photography /Multimedia /Digital Video Coverage and Hair Barbing.

Among the 35 selected for advanced training, which is ongoing, are Omowunmi Oluwaseyi, Lydia Komolafe, Nelson Favour, Kehinde Afolayan, Awobotu Hannah, Easier Owoidighe, Alioghene Odunayo, Christy Okon, Ifeoma Egwuatu, Augusta Eleleme and Okolo Deborah.
