A Federal High Court in Lagos, yesterday, convicted four companies used by Waripamo-Owei Emmanuel Dudafa, a former Special Assistant to President Jonathan, for allegedly laundering funds for the ex-president’s wife, Patience.

The judge, Babs Kuewumi, convicted the firms following the plea of guilt entered by the directors.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s prosecuting counsel, Rotimi Oyedepo, before the conviction, reviewed the facts of the charge and agreed with the pleas.
