The Kaduna State University (KASU) has said that its Faculty of Pharmacy will induct its first batch of Pharmacy graduates next Friday after its full accreditation by the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) and the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Prof. Ben Ahmed Chindo, who in a statement described the development as uncommon for a seven-year old Pharmacy Faculty in Nigeria, said: “I am glad to announce that my faculty has attended full accreditation after the NUC carried out a diligent assessment of our course contents, quality of learning facilities, lecturers and related parameters.

“We scored 100 per cent in the course content and very high marks in other areas.”
