KFC Nigeria has announced a one-day Buy-One-Get-One-Free promotion on selected Chicken Bucket meals across nine cities in Nigeria.

The promotion, which is valid only on August 19, allows customers who purchase an eligible Chicken Bucket to receive another bucket of the same size at no additional cost.

The offer covers the 8-piece, 12-piece and 21-piece Chicken Bucket options. Each bucket comes with four dip sauces, with customers able to choose from available flavours for both the purchased and complimentary buckets.

The promotion is running simultaneously at KFC outlets in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kano, Akure, Ilorin, Sagamu and Ibadan.

According to KFC Nigeria’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Mariam Busari, the promotion is intended to reward customers for their continued patronage.

“Yes, we want customers walking into our stores, but that’s not the full picture for us,” Busari said. “This is really about rewarding the loyalty that our customers have shown KFC over time. It’s our way of saying we see you, and we appreciate you.”

KFC Nigeria’s Head of Operations, Abhishek Kumar, said the simultaneous rollout across the nine cities reflected the company’s operational capacity.

“A promo like this, executed at the same time across nine cities without compromise, is what operational excellence looks like,” Kumar said.

He added that the promotion was also designed around the idea of sharing, which he described as a key part of the Chicken Bucket experience.

The company said the promotion would not be extended beyond August 19 and advised customers interested in the offer to visit participating outlets early.
