In a statement yesterday in Abuja, the service lamented the news making the rounds that Sanda was among the 2,600 prisoners granted reprieve nationwide by President Muhammadu Buhari as part of measures to decongest the correctional facilities across the federation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Seventy inmates of the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje, where she is, had been granted pardon.
